Dear Seluga, Why do you care about cuss words? They're just words ya can't use at school and sometimes at home. |

In Chapter 11, someone says that the rope snapped and Leslie fell and hit her head on something. What do you think this something was? :-) |

"Why do you think Leslie never wears dresses." Dear Stephen K., I think that Leslie has never worn a dress because I kind of think of her as a tom boy. But, when she goes to church Jess said they only go once a year so I think they would try to dress real nice. |

Dear Henry, I do not think Jess will be a champion or a famous runner because in Chapter One, he lost the first heat and almost gave up running. |

Dear Ann, I'm not too sure why Leslie names that place Terabithia. I guess she just did. By the way, why does everyone at your school respond to Pepsi? (Seth K.) |

Ann, I totaly agree with you. I really enjoy this book too. One thing I don't like about it is that the book has cuss words in it. I think that is not appropriate for children our age. |

Dear Michael R., I think that when May Bell said,"What if you die?" and "What's going to happen to you if you die?" She had said that to Leslie because Leslie didn't believe in the BIBLE. May Bell's theory on weather you go UP, or DOWN when you die is based on if you believe in the BIBLE. |

I wonder why Jess didn't invite Leslie to go with him to Washington. Maybe it was because he knew that Leslie had been there many times before. I bet Jess believes that it was his fault that Leslie died because he didn't invite her. |

Dear Victor, I do not agree with you about why the author named Chapter 5 "Giant Killers" I think it was because of the letter Leslie and Jess wrote about the cute boy, that got Joyce Ann Mad. |

I am happy that Jess had a good day with Ms. Edmunds. I think the reason why he didn't invite Leslie was because that he wanted to be with Ms. Edmunds alone. Even though Ms. Edmunds liked Leslie too and Jess still didn't invite her. |

Dear Matt, I have the answer to your question. I think what Paterson meant when she said that Jess needed to give Leslie a gift as much as he needed to eat when he was hungry is that when you have a lot of work to do you get really hungry and Jess has a bunch of work. So food is really precious to him. And giving Leslie a gift is just as important! |
