I think the author has a pretty unique way of writing. What do you think? What makes it unique?

I think Bud keeps the flyers because that could remind him of his mom.

I think Bud's mom kept the flyers because it could have reminded her of something or someone. It could have been her husband in the band.

Hi! I am Stephanie! I think his mom saved the flyers because the person on the flyer was Bud's dad. She probably did not want Bud to know about him. What do you think? Please type back!!!!!!

I think Bud's mom saved the flyers because if that was Bud's dad in the picture he may have left his family to go to Flint, Michigan with his band. His mom probably saved them because she missed him and wanted to see him. Why do you think she saved them?

I think Bud's mom kept the flyers because that man with the "big fiddle" was Bud's long lost father or even a distant reletive that Bud's mom may have liked or disliked. She also may have kept them because she was a big fan of the group! What do you think?

I think that the author uses his uninque style of writing
as a kid's point of veiw. The way he disscribed the part
where Bud was talking about teeth made me think. That's
exactly what I do when I lose teeth!

How do you think Bud's mom was hurt? I think she was very ill and died.

I think Bud's mom saved the flyers because Bud's dad was one of the men. What do you think? I think his eyes don't cry anymore because he has cried so much. What do you think?

I do not think Bud's eyes cry anymore because since his mother was dead nothing seems as sad as that to him.
I think his mother saved the flyer because that was her husband and she wanted see him again. What do you think?

I like the way the auther thinks in his past! I also like the way Budy makes everyone happy. I think his grandfather is the person he thinks is his father.

I think he saved the flyers because it reminds him of his mom. I have no clue how his mom died. You might have an idea.

I like how the author took the reader right into the story insted of discribing the character throughout the first chapter. I also like how the author took what kids think insted of making the book without six being a hard age and not puting the teeth fall out when you are around six years old.
