    It is such an honor to be able to participate in these conversations. I really enjoyed reading the comments from students as the discussion was on-line, and I'm so glad I can answer questions for you.
    But remember, reading is an active process, just because I wrote the book doesn't mean I have all of the answers, and it doesn't mean there are any "right" answers. Your experiences and reactions to the written word play an important part in your own understandings of what is happening!
    I'm sure this will be a lot of fun, so, let's get the ball rolling!
