THIS IS A GREAT BOOK. THE AUTHOR DOESN'T JUST TELL YOU WHAT IS HAPPENING HE MAKES YOU FEEL WHAT IS GOING ON.

THIS STORY COULD BE TRUE BECAUSE IT IS REALISTIC. EVEN IF BRIAN IS A BOY. JUSTINE, I DISAGREE WITH YOU BECAUSE HAD IT BEEN A GIRL THE SAME THING WOULD HAVE HAPPEN.

Kayla, I really like when you said, "ilk mosquitos". It is fabulous to see people get out of serious conditions. I also am disgusted by the thought of the mosquitos on Brian. That was a terrible thing.

Alicia, I agree with you on this particular part of the story. This gave me a very scary feeling inside. I could almost feel exactly what Brian was feeling. I hope I never have to be on a plane and experience what Brian went through. This story really scared me because one of my relatives was a soldier and he was killed in a plane crash.

ALICIA, WHY DO YOU LIKE IT WHEN HE SAYS GONNA DIE , GONNA DIE,GONNA DIE ?

I REALLY WAS HOPING AND WISHING THAT HE WAS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT . IN THE BOOK HACTHET, BECAUSE IT INVOLVES A LOT OF THINKING.

Alicia, I also dislike the part about the swarms of mosquitoes biting Brian. We have more than one thing in common. We also have the same name.

James, I think the author was trying to tell us that if you were in an accident like like that, that's what you might be thinking also.

Sonya, I am also very interested in the secret between Brian and his mother. Last thing that I read with my partner was that Brian saw his mom with another man in a car. I really feel sorry for Brian and how him and his mother feel when ever she knows that Brian does know that secret and his father doesn't know .

Sonya, I think the secret is when Brian sees his mom with another man. This makes me feel sad inside for Brian.

Sonya, I think that the rest of the secret is the divorce because Brian only kept referring to the divorce on the plane.

Michael, I disagree with you. I think this was very sad. My favorite part was when the pilot rocks back and forward in his seat while having a heart attack.

I think that the rest of the secret in the Hatchet is that the mother did something bad and doesn't want Brian to find out what it is because it might be something bad.
