I just LOVE this book. I like this book because it is just so full of life. It's amazing that a 13 year old boy can take care of himself that well. I would have freaked out if a bear or a wolf pack was standing in front of me.I do have one question. Why doesn't it ever mention Brian taking a bath? Someone please write back!!!

How are you ? I'm fine however, we have to talk about the book. I have really enjoyed this book. Our class is on chapter 13th . I really couldn't imagine being in the wilderness alone. Hatchet is one of the most creative books I have ever read. What about you? Have you ever had an experence where you were stranded ? I have. Except I was in the mall. I will never forget that day. Lets go back to the book because I have some questions for you.My first question is what is your favirote part in the book? Did you get sick when Brian ate the turtle eggs? I can eat eggs but not raw. While I was looking at some of the comments I could not believe some of the things kids were saying. Have you seen it? Well no matter what they say I really have enjoyed the book. Well I have to go so bye.

I have read chapter 1-13. It is an interesting book.I think that Brian is very smart. If I was in his place I would have been very afraid of the bear. I would have run. I would not be alive in forty-seven days. In chapter nine his nails did not come off. Do you like the book so far?

Hi, I really like this book so far. When Brian ate those turtle eggs that was sick.Brian stayed in the wilderness for 47 days. That's a long time staying in the wilderness. When Brian saw the wolves he nodded at the wolves. When Brian saw the bear he got scared.Brian tried to kill his with his hachet. When Brian woke up he had changed. That was cool when he caught that fish with his bow and arrow that he built by himself.I think Brian is a brave person. When Brian made the fire with his hachet. When that porcupine stuck it's quills in Brian's leg.If I was Brian I would have killed the porcupine with my hachet. This book is a wonderful book.do you. I hope you like this book to. Well, I do.
