He knows a lot of things like how to make a fire, and he is learning how to take care of himself. He also knows how to cook by himself. I think that Brian was smart when he looked at the bird so he knew he had to fish to eat. Brian is taking charge!

Brian is also changing by getting skinnier, noticing more, he started to think about things before he does it, he started to think ahead and plan what he was going to do the next day, and Brian's injuries were finally going away.

I think that the signal fire was a good idea but he has to get to the fire faster so he has more time to get the fire going. Brian was probebly very dissapointed that he missed his flight home.
