i personnally think thats a great idea about putting the eggs on the hachet.i think he sould find some metal from the plane crash and burn it then mold it into a bowl so he can boil things.and he cold make utensils and dishs. he sould use the hachet to chop up wood for the door and burning and selves ect. do you like my ideas.

I think the signal of smoke was smart. That's how Native Americans made signals to other tribes. I would have waved my arms and screamed as loud as I could. I can't believe they missed him!
I know how he feels. He got all happy when he saw the plane then it flew right over him.

HATCHET IS A GREAT BOOK AS I SAID IN THE PAST . I JUST FEEL SO SORRY FOR HIM. I AM WAY PAST CHAPTER 8 BUT, SO FAR THE MOST THRILLING CHAPTER IS 5. THAT'S JUST ME THOUGH. C.J. THINKS 6 IS COOL. I WON DER WHAT THE END IS GOING TO BE LIKE. WILL HIS MOM FINALLY FLY OVER TO CANADA? I THINK THAT SHE ISN'T EVEN GOING TO NOTICE. UNTIL SHE GETS TO CANADA.

I like Hatchet alot its just that it is sort of sad.
Well F.d.j thinks it is a good book too and says her favorite chapter is 5. My favorite chaptor is six.
I kinda like the idea of going to Canada I might go there myself oneday.What do you think of this book and what is your favorite chapter Jessica?
