Harrison says: If Marty returns Shiloh back to Judd while Shiloh is not feeling well then Judd will think that Marty is abusing Shiloh and Judd might abuse Marty or call the police on Marty. The 1st time Judd went hunting and Shiloh run away and when Marty and his Dad returned him back Judd should have left him at home and let Shiloh be a dog to guard his house. When my dad had a deer that his friend gave him we had it for about half a quarter of a month and we had to give it to the Budha temple and thenpolice found out and the police came and they took it because it it was against the state law.

Laura says: I think that Judd doesn't have a real pupose for having dogs because he abuses them.

Samiha says: Marty shouldn't be getting into people's business because if Judd did that to him Marty would probably feel bad, too. It reminded me of one time I was doing something and my little sister started getting interested and then she started taking it away from me. Like Becky and Dara Lynn and how they kept trying to take Shiloh away. Marty could have told his father that Judd keeps on abusing Shiloh and maybe the police could be called and Shiloh wouldn't be abused anymore.

Crystal says: I think that um Judd should have never abused Shiloh then Shiloh wouldn't have run off and followed Marty and Marty wouldn't be in this situation of lying. This reminds me of when I found a dog in our back yard, I was scared of it but I liked it, but then one day my dad drove it away. This made me realize that you should not really get close to a dog you find because you could get so in touch with it and then you have to give it up. There are so many dogs out there pounded up and needing homes but Marty is just hung up on Shiloh and I want to know why he picked Shiloh to be so crazy about it. He said he would do anything even die to save Shiloh.

C.J. says: Marty could ask what if his parents did or treated Judd like he treated Shiloh how would he feel. I think that if Shiloh goes back to Judd he will run away again. Maybe when that happens Shiloh will get rabies and get revenge on Judd and Judd would know that he was biten by a sick dog.

Tiffany says: I do agree with Amanda and Marty should keep the dog before he gives him back to Judd because he doesn't treat him right. All he does is use him to hunt and with his other dogs he treats them okay because they are maybe bigger than Shiloh. If he takes him back injured he would be breaking the law and could be accused of abuse too. It made me think of a time like in Belvedere Apartments and a girl named Shanana had a dog she abuse and she whipped him with a belt when her parents weren't looking and one time she even threw him a pool. After her parents found out they let the dog run free and one night she tried to take our dog and pick the lock to get in and she got pushed back and bounced off the wall like a ball. That was funny!

Dhymond says: I think Judd will accuse Marty of beating Shiloh because Judd will think that since he abuses his dog Marty will be the same way. It makes me remember the time when my Dad calls me and I think I am in trouble because he is calling me but really he is just telling me something. That is like how Marty and his Dad are dealing with this secret about the dog and when Judd comes Marty gets so nervous. If Judd had never abused his dogs maybe Shiloh would like be nice to him and like if somebody tried to steal something of Judd's Shiloh might have barked to help him.

Jan says: I think that Marty was already helping Shiloh because he was taking food from his plate and giving it to him and he was already taking care of him. One time I was coming home from school and this rabbit kept on following me and when I opened the door to my house it wanted to go in but I kept it in the garabe and feed him carrots. My dog gave he secret away and then my Mom said that it was okay I could keep it and then one day he just ran away. I felt kind of sad then because I didn't have a pet and my sister did. But, the rabbit kept coming back at night and then one day it just stopped coming back.

Andy says: Why did Marty want to keep the dog when it was Judd's? What if he would have had his own dog or if he found Shiloh and he wasn't abused would Marty want to keep him then. I think that Judd should have treated Shiloh like he was more valuable cause people don't mistreat valuable things. Marty was really getting into Judd's business when he took Shiloh.

I think when Judd gets SHILOH back from Marty he would kick and hurt SHILOH and let the dog starve.
