I think the descriptions for the prologue were really neat! I don't think Winnie will ever run away. I don't think anyone can live forever, do you? It's very funny talking to a toad. I hope someone will write back soon.

My question to anybody is how can the Tucks stay the same for 87 years? I like the way the author, Natalie Babbitt, uses adjectives to descirbe things in the chapters. I wonder if Winnie is really going to run away? Please write back soon. Our group really likes this book so far!
