Hi All!

So far I like the book! I'm not to good at reading books though when I read I forget what I just read! Does anyone have this same problem? I can't believe Winnie was talking to a toad! I wonder how the toad can talk to strangers. Maybe Winnie will drink the water in the woods that Jesse showed her.

I agree with you totally. The diaries are SO BORING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate them so much.they take up to much time even though I can finish them in less than 5 mins. if I focus but, I loose my concentration because they are SO dumb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would probably do a five hundred page report (there is some figurtive language for ya)instead of that stupid(not to mention corny!)diary .The book is alright but is very predictable.

I thought chapter 7 and 8 were the best chapters so far. I liked the story,when the Tucks drank the water. Then Jesse fell out of a tree and they thought he would have broken his neck. Later he was mistaken for a deer and was shot,he wasn't even harmed. It was weird when Pa tried to kill himself with a gun. It didn't even leave a mark. It must have been shocking to find out they would live forever, looking the same, never worring about what they looked like because you knew you would look the same.

I'm beining to like this book know. It is getting more suspencful. I'm wondering if Winnie is going to drink out of the spring? It is getting more interesting since they kidnapped her.

This book is also weird, how if they get shot or something tragic like that happens they won't be hurt. I'm begining to like this book alittle bit more.

Hi, I like this story because it is cool and exciting. I expecially liked chapter 7 and 8. When I first got the book Tuck Everlasting, I thought it would be cool to live forever. But now, I don't think that. I wouldn't like being told I sold my sole to the devil like, Miles wife told him. I twould be fun while it lasted but you would never be able to grow up. You would be stuck in the same body forever.

The tree drunk the water and it can't be cut down.The spring water is magical so if you drink it you will beable to live forever.They kidnapped Winnie because she was going to tell everybody about the spring.Everybody would drink the water and get cursed.So thats why they kidnapped Winnie.The man in the yellow suit is not going to tell his identy just yet .

Dear Deanna Wuz up =]i really agree w/ u how the book got better once there was more action. I think it is really cool how author uses so many metaphores,similies,personification,and figurative language.I wonder what Winnie's parents are thinking while she is w/ the Tucks.Your right it is really weird how you can get shot and not even be wounded.I'm really curious to see if Winnie will drink out of the fountin.In a way i want Winnie to drink out of the fountain b/c it will make the book very interesting.Another thing that im curious to see what the stranger is up to.Would you wanna live for eternity?It does seem great but you would have to always be the same age.Well PLEASE respond to me.G2G!L8TER!
