Sam~ I think this book is exciting. in chp 17 Miles and Winnie talk to each other on the POND!! This might be one of my favorite mysteries!!! I think i might drink the water from the Spring when i was 17 too.... but life may get boring after a while.... because you can't have friends... because you are going to deal with all the deathes of them all...and you never die!! You don't cahnge at all... so in the morning you wake up to the face you feel asleep w/ while after awhile other peoples face's change!!If winnie and Jesse do get married which i am hoping they do... then will they let thier kids drink form the spring bcause if they don't let them then the same problem is going to go on like when Miles got married.... his kids were older then him!! That will happen to Winnie and Jesse too.... the good thing about drinking from the Spring is you can't die like even if a bullet is shot at you... or a knife is thrown at you... that is the good thing so you don't die of a bad thing like the cop who had to die of the bullet in his head!! And that was a very very sad thing!!! So words runnin' short i will catch u on the flip side!! P.S. Pleas reply to my letter!!! I will reply back to u!!!

Dear Mike I'm saying that the story is like a real story because it has people that seem real. But you're right there could not be a fountain that when you drink from it you live forever. |

What's up Chels I'm about to enter chapter sixteen ,what chapter are you on or entering? Oh yeah your right. It will be kinda freaky if someone you barely know or don't even know comes to stay in your house. Why do you think Winnie went to the Tuck's house instead of running away? Also why do you think the stranger told on the Tuck's by telling Winnie's mother where she is at?Talk to you later , write back soon . |

MESSAGE:
Dear Lauren,I think that you are right about the stranger because he sort of has things planned out and he seems to be following Winnie ever since they met being that he overheard the Tucks and Winnie's conversation. The book will get very intresting if the stranger would really do such a thing and go ahead to drink the magical water from the spring. If I had a choice of to drink the spring water I would not although I would love to live forever.Like the book said, what would be the reason of life if no one died? It is sad when people die and all but that's what life is. People come and go all the time. I've read chapters 14-16. RESPOND SOON! |

Dear Ali, I think it was weird how Jesse asked Winnie to marry him to,because I wouldn't want to marry someone I hardly even Know. I would run away too if I was Winnie because she does not like it at the Tuck's. |

Dear Luaren, thanks for writing me back. We just got through chapters 14 and 15. The book is so intresting so far.I think the man in the yellow suit is rude stealing Mae Tucks hourse without even asking first. At least Mae kept her temper down. If that was me I would go and take the horse back and make sure he don't steal anything from me and if he does he will see stars. I think Winnie is Kind of in love with Miles but I can't belive Miles is asking Winnies hand in marriage. Winnie's too young for all I know. I wonder what Winnie's decison is about the marriage. PLease respond . [and anybody else could respond too] |

I say Winnie has a lot of differences from Mae. One thing is for sure Winnie's cottage is a lot cleaner than Mae's. Don't you think so? Also Winnie is much younger than Mae and will always be since Mae will live forever. One that they have in common is they are girls and that both of them want to know how it feels being the other person. Do you agree? Please write back! |

(Chapter 10) Mae Tuck and Winnie are different because for one reason, is used to a really clean house and Mae is used to a sort of messy comfortable house. Another thing is that Mae Tuck doesn't have very good grammar and Winnie has pretty good grammar. They are the same because they both probably like the Tucks house. Whose house would you like better? I would like the Tucks house better because its more comfortable. They are also the same because they both like the woods. What do you think they have in common? Please respond! |

Dear Laura.P, I don't think it would be nice to live forever. Think of yourself now, would you want to stay the way you are? After a while people would think you were an alien or something like that. You wouldn't have any friends! You would get bored of your reflection. It would sort of be like Peter Pan in Never, Never Land! Would you want yor life to be like that? I sure wouldn't! Please write back! |
