It's always a good idea to sift through all the comments before making a comment yourself. You might find that someone is thinking the way you are or has some of the same questions/ideas that you have. That would be a good person to start writing to! Some of you wrote to me with questions/comments. Here's what I have to say: About Mae Tuck and her sons and why they haven't seen each other for ten years: I guess we'll all have to keep reading in order to really understand this mysterious family! There are other strange details that have come out--like the fact that they've all looked the same for 87 years. I wonder what that's all about?? I wonder if that is somehow related to why they haven't seen each other? Some readers have asked about or commented on Winnie's plans to run away. What do other readers think about this? I think I'm really going to like this book!!

I just finished Chapter 3. I know that some of you are ahead of us in your reading, and some of you have just started. Even though we all might be at different places--we can still have a good discussion! Those of you who read WAY ahead just have to be careful not to give away too many juicy details too early.
