I loved how the author described the night in the Tennessee Hills. I felt like I was really in Tennessee in the night with the Watsons. I thought the blanket idea was very creative. I found sings of racism when Byron told Kenny that there are crackers and rednecks out here that have never seen blacks before. I can't wait to meet Grandma Sands. I'm guessing she would be mean because if they sent

I can’t believe I will go from the 4th tallest student at Stillwater School to one of the smallest in Kittatinny. I will miss the teachers and recess. My favorite thing in the 6th grade was going to Washington D.C. and seeing all the nice places. I will miss Stillwater and all the fun things my friends and I did in the past seven years.
